The Black Buick employees explained what needed to be done on my car. They explained how much it would cost and how long it would take. They made an appointment for me. When I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early, they took me right in . They told me it would be ready in about 2 hours. One hour and 27 minutes later they informed me that my car was ready. I used my GM Rewards credit card to pay for the services. It was a great experience.

Everything was thorough and professional. Zach in service did a great job of understanding what I needed. Gordon welcomed me into the service area. Manny did a really good job inspecting my vehicle. And Clarence went an extra mile to check on my back up camera. I couldn't be more pleased!

Found the problem and part was not available. Gave us the option of leaving the car or we could drive. But if we drove the car it could have left us stranded if the fuel pump went out. Opted to leave car and wait on part.

All was wonderful. But when they reset the oil life they apparently reset the whole computer. I am trying to enter all data and settings again like when it was first purchased.

Professional, detailed, efficient. Best GMC service department by far in the area.

The service was good but the waiting area had fox news on the television and some people do not enjoy hearing politics. They should put a nature show or something neutral on the television.

We took our 2025 Buick Enclave, Avenir to Black Buick GMC TO HAVE running boards installed. They did an excellent job installing them in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone was very helpful and responsive to our needs. I needed 2 low beam neon headlights which was quoted at over $1400.00 installed which is insane! I found the light modules on Rock Auto for $50 each vs $415 and got them installed for labor at $179 vs $425. No one appreciates getting ripped off. That mark up is absurd. I have patronized Black GMC for 8 years. After this, I can't come back.

I just realized that the tires I paid over 1000.00 for from you, im also having to pay to have them rotated. No more tire purchases will be made there.

Well you charge 3% for paying with a credit card. Then you charge over 1000 dollars just to get an alternator replaced and then you charge 980 dollars for getting a new thermostat then you also charge once again 3% for a credit card on a service that is already overpriced. I have done business with you guys for years but all of your fees and over pricing makes you unaffordable. To be honest seriously considering taking my business elsewhere I understand u need to make a profit but it felt like price gauging. Especially the 3% credit card fee. I can go to a dealership for a similar price point and not get gagged for a 3% credit card fee on top of it

It took a little longer than usual to get an oil change. However, I do appreciate the multi point inspection. Sabrina was taking care of checking folks in, answering questions, and taking payment. She did a great job, but clearly the Service Department was short handed. Sabrina is great, but do miss Brian and Gordon.

The actual service done on my truck was fine. I came for an oil change and GM recommended maintenance that I had received quotes for back in May when the advisor let me know about the upcoming recommended service. When I booked the appointment online, the pricing matched up fairly closely to what I remembered the quoted pricing being so I scheduled the regular oil change plus the recommended maintenance. However, upon arrival I was informed that the pricing online is simply an estimate and when the actual work was priced prior to service, it was significantly more expensive than both the online price and what I remember the quoted pricing being. I chose not to have the additional services and was highly disappointed to to see such a wide gap in previously quoted and online estimated pricing to actual day of service pricing. I did not retain the copies of the quotes from back in May so I have no support of this but I do know that they were significantly less than what was quoted on day of service or I would not have even entertained the recommended maintenance. I will be taking my truck to another dealer for future service as I no longer trust the way business is being done here.

Came in to make an appointment for a recall. The gentleman at the counter went to see if they had the part and they said they could do right then. Took less than an hour. Very enjoyable experience. Even had 3 stooges on the TV. 😅

Above and beyond. After making the mistake of buying a Chevy from Randy Marion, I've spent years going to their service department. I started to think all service was bad until I realized GMC at Black Dodge and GMC would work on my warranty work. I have not got the truck back yet, but just the effort made the communication. The fact they seem to care, I've been blown away so far.
