Well folks it's hard to keep adding on about people at this Dealership. They do a great job every time I go for a service or what ever the case may be. This is an Excellent Dealership that has Quality and Professional People. In all the years that I have been dealing with vehicles this is the best that I know of. I know there are some other Good ones out there but Day in and Year in and out I have never been disappointed.

I was greeted when I arrived for my first service. I spent, what seemed like, a very short time in the waiting area. It was a very good experience for me.

Gordon was awesome once again! He always take care of my truck service. It’s always an easy appt made and then they get me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time!

The Black Buick employees explained what needed to be done on my car. They explained how much it would cost and how long it would take. They made an appointment for me. When I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early, they took me right in . They told me it would be ready in about 2 hours. One hour and 27 minutes later they informed me that my car was ready. I used my GM Rewards credit card to pay for the services. It was a great experience.

Once again BLACK GMC comes thru and fixes the problem on my Quadrasteer. I can always depend on them to get to the root of the problem and make the repairs in a timely manner at a good cost . Thank you !

It was after 3:00 pm when I located a screw in the side of my tire. I called Black Pontiac and explained what happened and they made time for me to come up and have my tire fixed. In the process, they also discovered that I needed another tire and rather than just tell me they took me back and showed me the tire. So not only did they fix one tire that had a screw in it, but they also changed another tire that I was not even aware that I had a problem. I can’t say enough about the folks at Black Pontiac. They are amazing and they are always nice to work with.

Tristan, Myron, and Lynn made leasing a new car for my son a great experience. They valued my time and made the process quick and easy.

Prompt service and good attention to detail.

Found the problem and part was not available. Gave us the option of leaving the car or we could drive. But if we drove the car it could have left us stranded if the fuel pump went out. Opted to leave car and wait on part.

All was wonderful. But when they reset the oil life they apparently reset the whole computer. I am trying to enter all data and settings again like when it was first purchased.

I was very pleased with tge attentiveness and efficiency of Black's service department. I've bought my last 3 trucks from Williams GMC whose service department pales to Black. My next truck will come from Black.

Above and beyond. After making the mistake of buying a Chevy from Randy Marion, I've spent years going to their service department. I started to think all service was bad until I realized GMC at Black Dodge and GMC would work on my warranty work. I have not got the truck back yet, but just the effort made the communication. The fact they seem to care, I've been blown away so far.

We took our 2025 Buick Enclave, Avenir to Black Buick GMC TO HAVE running boards installed. They did an excellent job installing them in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Robby in the parts department and Gordon our customer service representative were both outstanding in their efforts to help us and to make us comfortable while they were completing our service. Came in to make an appointment for a recall. The gentleman at the counter went to see if they had the part and they said they could do right then. Took less than an hour. Very enjoyable experience. Even had 3 stooges on the TV. 😅

Could not have been better,Tristan treated us royally and was very knowledgeable about all of our questions…if he wasn’t sure he immediately sought and found the answer. This is our second purchase from Blacks and we will be back as our needs arise.

I needed 2 low beam neon headlights which was quoted at over $1400.00 installed which is insane! I found the light modules on Rock Auto for $50 each vs $415 and got them installed for labor at $179 vs $425. No one appreciates getting ripped off. That mark up is absurd. I have patronized Black GMC for 8 years. After this, I can't come back.
