Even on a weekend I was able to knock out paperwork and drive off with the car I wanted. They were a great help in clearing out my old vehicle I traded in. By the time I was done signing the new car was literally sparkling clean. Great people, great service, and just overall great experience. One thing I would like to see done better is their parking lot setup. Not much space to park and driving off the lot is stressful since you can't see around turns for oncoming vehicles.

Both service advisors are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me updated as I had 2+ hour wait as our GMC Acadia was worked on for a coolant issue. Sometimes it’s not the modern flashy facilities but the heart and soul of the service sector of a dealership-the people who run it like a family owned business. These big box store style dealerships could learn a lesson or 2 from Your service department!

Taken too durn long to get car fixed. Affter gave okay to proceed with service,. Service advisory said would call next Monday but felt to do so three mondays in a row. First Monday, had to call on Thursday to see what was going on with car, talked to his boss and and service advisory called shortly after. Second Monday "promise" he would and didn't actually did, I had to call on wed. To check on progress. The last Monday he called on Tuesday, paid all. Finally on wed. Gotten car back because had to update license tag. Had to call service advisory on way home, and was notified about one of the safety back up light damaged during all this long time, took car back at a later time to correct issue and refused ownership of damage. Light was okay because was personally inspected specific lights before turning vehicle in. Paid good money for everything. Refusing to correct issue or that one specific light shows carelessness. No... not please with GMC. Still looking and see if any other damage done or if anything else was tamper with. Not planning to comeback unless or if any trouble with work done.

It was after 3:00 pm when I located a screw in the side of my tire. I called Black Pontiac and explained what happened and they made time for me to come up and have my tire fixed. In the process, they also discovered that I needed another tire and rather than just tell me they took me back and showed me the tire. So not only did they fix one tire that had a screw in it, but they also changed another tire that I was not even aware that I had a problem. I can’t say enough about the folks at Black Pontiac. They are amazing and they are always nice to work with.

The Black Buick employees explained what needed to be done on my car. They explained how much it would cost and how long it would take. They made an appointment for me. When I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early, they took me right in . They told me it would be ready in about 2 hours. One hour and 27 minutes later they informed me that my car was ready. I used my GM Rewards credit card to pay for the services. It was a great experience.
